Medical /Post-Rehab Exercise
These sessions are scheduled with our Fitness Therapy Trainers. Programs are designed to help increase the successful return to full strength and mobility and provide complete recovery to our clients recovering from a multitude of conditions. Many clients are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with attempting to train on their own while dealing with medical or injury-related issues. We utilize our extensive knowledge of the muscular, neurological and skeletal system to help our clients perform at the highest level they can, even while working through any medical issue they might have. These sessions are beneficial to ensuring the best possible recovery.

Competition Training / Prep
Whether you are preparing for your first competition or you have competed in the past, we will help you to lay the groundwork for being ready to compete. This requires putting together a program that is tailored to you. We will help you with all of the aspects in competing such as workouts, nutrition, shape development, posing routines and presentation. Contest Prep requires extreme discipline and we are here to help you with all of it. These programs usually require 3-6 months depending on the individual's starting point.
