Personal Training

With our one-on-one personal training, we will customize a routine and plan specifically for you. You will be provided with an effective exercise program that will increase your lean muscle mass and help you maintain your weight loss, Whatever your goals are, whether they be losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, increase muscular and/or cardio endurance or just overall healthier living we will customize the training and nutrition to meet your individual needs.

Group Session Training

Our group sessions offer a one hour workout of resistance training and cardio combined. No need to be intimidated if you have never strength trained before, our personal trainers will guide you through every step of the way. They will help you to achieve your optimal results. 

The groups will range on average from 3-6 clients. Bring your friends or come and make new friends while enjoying a great workout!

$15.00 per 1 hour session

Sport Specific Group Sessions

Sport performance can be greatly enhanced by the development of strength and power. Athletic development should focus on building strength, coordination and stability in order to enhance performance and avoid injuries. If you are an athlete and are looking to improve your performance in your sport, we can help you.

Fitness Nutrition Counseling

Any successful fitness program relies heavily on proper nutrition. It can be very difficult to make the right decisions when it comes to eating properly. We will help you to make good choices and guide you to a better understanding of what is right for you, so you can optimize your health, live your life with vitality and reach your fitness goals. 

$45.00 per 1 hour session
